YOUTH ENTREPRENEUR EXPO

The Young Entrepreneurs Expo highlights the talents of our budding business owners! Come learn about and support the up-and-coming generation by visiting their booth at Indian Creek Plaza. Youth vendors must be 5-17 years old to participate.

It will be fun for the whole family!

Be a Youth Vendor

Vendor Booth Fee: $45, includes 10x10 booth space with canopy with weights, one 8 ft table, and two chairs. Thus will be set up prior to your arrival

SOME BASIC SELLER GUIDELINES:
• Anything is welcome, but handmade products are preferred.
• All items must be something that your child can sell by themselves.
• Absolutely NO selling of adult business merchandise will be permitted (ie., Tupperware, Scentsy, Lularoe, Mary Kay etc)
• Food sells are permitted; however you must obtain the proper permits through the health department to sell them. (If you are selling cottage foods, ie-cookies, brownies, jams, etc, the permit is FREE). Keep in mind that creativity sells, so common baked foods may not be as successful at the market. Be creative!
• All children must do the interacting, marketing and selling of products. Parents may be present to ensure proper counting of change, etc., but parents may not “run” the booth.
• Sales tax will be required to be paid to the State of Idaho for all sales made at each booth. An email with be sent upon approval.

  • 10:30 am - 11:30 am: Idaho Rhythm School of Music & Dance

  • 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm: Fiddle Express

  • 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm: Becky's Dance Company

Table Reservation Request

Tables are $80 and include seating for eight. Your reservation MUST be submitted 48 hours in advance. Tables are limited on a first come first serve basis. Table reservations are non-refundable.

Ample FREE parking abounds in Downtown Caldwell in close proximity to Indian Creek Plaza. For quick and easy parking, check out Caldwell’s free parking map before heading down to the Plaza.

EVENT GUIDELINES

For the comfort of all of our guests,

  • Service animals only

  • No sidewalk chalk

  • No wheels (skateboards, bicycles, roller blades, scooters, etc.)

  • No smoking or vaping permitted on the Plaza

  • Only alcohol purchased at the Plaza Bar can be consumed at the Plaza
