SIGNATURE EVENTS
VEND ON THE PLAZA
Calling all artists, specialty food purveyors, and food trucks! Are you looking to share your passion with Caldwell? Indian Creek Plaza is looking for local and regional vendors to feature on the Plaza.
Vendor selection is an important part of every event, and we take great care in selecting the best and most appropriate mix of services for our patrons. Destination Caldwell has been granted authority from the City of Caldwell to manage all vendors on the plaza in Ordinance 3222, as amended on July 2, 2019.
2024 VENDOR INFORMATION & APPLICATIONS
Applications for 2024 season will be online on February 1, 2024
Applying to be a vendor at Indian Creek Plaza’s Signature Events is free. Take a moment to review our event descriptions and determine the dates for which you should apply.
All products and/or services offered for sale must be the same products and/or services listed and approved in the application process. Changes to the product offerings and booth size/power are subject to Indian Creek Plaza and Destination Caldwell's approval.
Submission of the application does not secure acceptance to Signature Events.

VENDOR SELECTION
Indian Creek Plaza and Destination Caldwell reserves the right to approve or deny vendors based on event needs. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. If you do not meet the vendor mix and would like to sponsor one of these events, please contact our events team.
Please note that a limited number of commercial businesses will only be considered as vendors for Indian Creek Festival and Winter Wonderland Opening Weekend. Applications
FOOD TRUCKS
This year we have a separate application for food trucks and hot and ready/consume on site vendors only. If you are interested in participating at any of our Signature Events and the Farm to Fork Farmers’ Market, please click the button below to fill out the application. There you will select which events you are interested in.
FARMERS' MARKET
We are currently accepting vendors for the 2024 market season. Our goal vendor mix is approximately 80% food and 20% non-food handcrafted goods. Applying for the market is free. Please thoroughly read the rules and regulations and the Farm to Fork Farmers' Market Guidelines before applying.
