Look no further for the ultimate place to have your office holiday party, award ceremony, or elegant celebration. We can assist you in creating a memorable event through private ribbon rental, rental of our heated lounge area. Bar service is also available. Decorating and food catering must be approved prior to your rental.

Fire Pit Rental Package $300

Perfect for your child’s birthday party or a family gathering, the Fire Pit Party Package includes everything you need to have an good time on the ice:

ICCU Stage Lounge Rental $500

We’ve transformed the Idaho Central Credit Union Stage into a cozy lounge! Reminiscent of a log cabin, you’ll find everything you need to enjoy a winter evening in Downtown Caldwell.

Please Note:

We do not book Stage or Plaza Rentals during the following dates

• November 16-26 (Thanksgiving Break)

• December 1-2, December 8-9, December 15-16

• December 21-January 6 (Christmas Break)

• Two hours rental for $500 additional hour $200

  • Set-Up time included in rental hours

• Stage is decorated with chair, couches, tables, heaters and a faux fireplace.

  (Available seating for 45 people)

• Optional no-host bar or catering services from local restaurants is available for additional cost

Ice Rink rental $2,500

Whether you are looking to rent as a hockey or figure skating organization, or you are looking for a fun and unique way to plan celebrations, field trips, fundraisers or other special events, our Ice Ribbon & Rink is the place to rent!

All ice rink rentals will be secured with full payment, insurance, and a contract. Indian Creek Plaza has the right to refuse any event that does not coincide with our mission and vision. If you would like to rent the plaza please click the button below to apply.
