FIRE PIT RENTAL PACKAGE ~ $300

Perfect for your child’s birthday party or a family gathering, the Fire Pit Party Package has everything you need for a fun time on the ice:

• Two-hour rental of a gas fire pit

• Seating and tables for up to 25 people

• Includes skate passes and rentals for 10 people

ICCU STAGE LOUNGE RENTAL ~ $500

We’ve transformed the Idaho Central Credit Union Stage into a cozy winter lounge! Surrounded by the festive magic of the holiday season, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy an evening in Downtown Caldwell.

Please Note:
Stage and Plaza rentals are not available during the following dates:

• November 22–December 1 (Thanksgiving Break)

• December 6–7, December 13–14

• December 20–January 5 (Christmas/New Year Break)

Rental Details and Accommodations:

• Two-hour rental: $500 | Additional hour: $200

• Set-up time is included within rental hours

• The stage is furnished with chairs, couches, tables, heaters, and a faux fireplace

• Seating for up to 45 people

• Optional no-host bar or catering services from local restaurants available for an additional cost

ICE RINK RENTAL ~ $2,500

Whether you're a hockey or figure skating organization, or planning a fun and unique celebration, field trip, fundraiser, or special event, our Ice Ribbon & Rink is the perfect place to rent!

Please Note:
Ice rink rentals are available on select Mondays in December and January.

Rental Features Include:

• Two-hour rental

• Accommodates up to 180 skaters at a time

• Over 550 pairs of ice skates available

• Deluxe heated viewing area on stage

• Located next to Caldwell’s one million holiday lights display

• Clean and accessible men’s and women’s restrooms

• Surrounded by restaurants and shops
