Indian Creek Plaza is owned by the City of Caldwell and managed by Destination Caldwell. This authority was granted by City of Caldwell Resolution 12-18 on January 16, 2018. Destination Caldwell also has been granted authority from the city to manage all vendors on the plaza in Ordinance 3222, as amended on July 2, 2019.
