Want to help create a ‘WOW’ experience in the heart of downtown Caldwell? Can you be an ambassador for Idaho’s premier gathering space?

Join an amazing group of people who are excited and proud to serve Caldwell. Indian Creek Plaza’s volunteer team helps provide quality service to locals, Treasure Valley residents, Sunnyslope Wine Region tourists, and travelers from all over the world!

Volunteer duties range from event set-up and tear-down to hospitality roles such as ushering and directional services. Volunteer opportunities are available year-round.

General volunteer requirements

  • Energetic, friendly, and willing to have FUN

  • Attend Volunteer Orientation

  • Ability to navigate a variety of floor surfaces and areas including stairs, concrete and wet surfaces

  • Ability to work outdoors in a variety of environments including but not limited to heights, in darkened corridors, around crowds, loud noise, and flashing lights

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time

  • Did we already say warm, neighborly, and FUN-loving?
