Spicy food, energetic dancing, and live music - expect one of those fast paced events that will have your sombrero flying off in a frenzy. Grab your friends and join us for some fiesta fun on Cinco de Mayo. Food, entertainment and delicious beverages! There will also be a taco taste off competition so be sure to bring your taste buds.

Table Reservation Request

Tables are $80 and include seating for eight. Your reservation MUST be submitted 48 hours in advance. Tables are limited on a first come first serve basis. Table reservations are non-refundable.

Thank you so much for your interest! At this time vendor applications are closed at this time. In addition to a few hand-crafted Hispanic-themed shopping vendors, we are seeking food trucks for our Taco Taste Off.

Ample FREE parking abounds in Downtown Caldwell in close proximity to Indian Creek Plaza. For quick and easy parking, check out Caldwell’s free parking map before heading down to the Plaza.

EVENT GUIDELINES

For the comfort of all of our guests,

  • Service animals only

  • No sidewalk chalk

  • No wheels (skate boards, bicycles, roller blades, scooters, etc.)

  • No smoking or vaping permitted on the Plaza

  • Only alcohol that has been purchased at the Plaza Bar may be consumed on the Plaza
